I'd say the 664 bridge tunnel would be a pain to cross during rush hour. It would probably be best to go on the weekend. I'll see if I can coordinate with the FSAE team as this is something they've been talking about doing, and it would a be good networking opportunity for them.

Lets start with a head count. Who all would be interested in going to LeMans Indoor Karting in Portsmouth?

Would we rather do a weekday right after work or on a weekend? I vote a Friday at 5:00/5:30

Good morning gearheads:

It was great fun last time we met at Tradition brewery. Perfect way to wait in the thunderstorm!

The Cars and Coffee event last weekend in Williamsburg was fun too. I met folks from the Tidewater Sports Car Club. So I signed up as  member and I?m going to their upcoming event in July 2nd at the Virginia Motorsports Park. I know, is a large concrete pad with a cone-defined ?track?, but I think it might be fun for a couple of times before getting into High Performance Driving Education.

And finally,  I remember Mike Murphy saying something about go-karting, was it in Suffolk, Mike? It would be fun to go as a group to the go-kart track sometime this summer.
