<div><br></div><div>We have been working on a new proposal to submit to the upcoming PAC42 that will measure the tensor asymmetry Azz (the same one we’re using the extract b1) in the quasi-elastic x>1 region at Q^2=1.5, 0.7, and 0.3 GeV^2. This measurement will provide constraints on the S/D state ratio of the deuteron wave function, as well as show the evolution of the tensor contributions to D(e,e’) scattering with respect to Q^2, which is the current leading explanation of the proton-neutron dominance in short range correlation measurements.</div>
<div><br></div><div>The current proposal draft is attached, and I would encourage you to offer comments and to let us know if you would be interested in joining as a collaborator. Please let Ellie (<a href="mailto:ellie@jlab.org">ellie@jlab.org</a>) know by Saturday afternoon.</div>
