I'm sure Dustin will reply shortly, but the numbers in the table can be
reproduced as 6e-4/f/Pzz/sqrt(N). f=0.27, Pzz = 0.2.

They are errors on Azz. What may be missing is the factor of 2 we have
been using that comes from defining Azz = Azz/2.
