Dustin and All,

The notes is in pretty good shape. Thanks for the nice work.

I am still not comfortable with the information on BCM/BPM stability
at low current from g2p data (which has too large oscillations).
I have asked students (Pengjia and Melissa) to further check
to see if they can find a better plot. But still have not got anything yet.
