[b1_ana] Rates per x bin

Good afternoon,

As per Oscar's request, I've rebinned the statistical uncertainties into specific x bins. The two highest points contain data from both the SHMS and the HMS. The bins are:

0.09 < 0.16 < 0.23  
0.23 < 0.275 < 0.32  
0.32 < 0.36 < 0.40 
0.40 < 0.49 < 0.58 

I've also changed the coloring on dAzz and db1 to black so that they're not confused with the spectrometer acceptance cuts I've been showing previously, and so the PAC doesn't get confused by the colors being similar.
