Dear b1 core,

I think we are asymptotically approaching our goal of a submittable
proposal, but we're not there yet.  To my view, there are a few issues that
still have to be addressed:


1) The systematic discussion of Oscar and Dustin have to be merged and
added to the text.  Note that I'm assuming that everyone essentially agrees
with their arguments, which may not be true but I havent heard otherwise.
I'm working on merging this in, but will need a help from them both.

2) We need to add a discussion of the correlation length at our various x,
and perhaps how this relates to HERMES.  Oscar, do you have time to
summarize the work you did a few weeks ago into a paragraph or two?

3) We need to add a short discussion of the impact of aligning Pz along the
beamline and not the q-vector.  Again, Oscar did the most work here, so as
a "reward" I'll ask him if he has time to please summarize in a paragraph
or two.  This discussion can be combined with point 2) above.

4) We need final kinematic and expected error plots.  Ellie is working on
making some cleaner plots, but I can use the existing ones if necessary.
To be clear, the final expectations are in Ellie's email "Rates per x-bin"
at 5:23pm.   This is the plots we'll use unless someone objects.

5) Should we include b1_method-v2 discussion of difference of counts as an
appendix?  Sorry if this was already resolved and I missed it.  Oscar, what
do you think?

6) any other major issues?
