Hi Steve,

Which proposal number is this experiment? I've looked at E94-110,
99-118, 02-109, 03-103, 04-001, and 06-009, all about R on deuterium or
nuclear targets, and none have an Appendix B on p.29 discussing
systematic errors.

Or maybe you have a version that is different from those posted below?
