In preparation for the PAC40 meeting attached is a draft copy of the agenda
which we expect to finalized during the last week of May.

Please let me  know if you will also be doing the presentations and if not
provide me with the name and email address of the person who will present
on your behalf.  The presentations will be uploaded to Indico and
additional information on that process will be provided to those giving the
presentations closer to the meeting date.  You will also receive a copy of
the technical advisory report during the last week of May.
