[b1_ana] Terminology, Filters, and Trusted Senders

Good morning,

We've been having issues with spam filters picking up e-mails for the
Azz collaboration, which the JLab help desk informs me has been due to
"Azz" being a purposeful misspelling that is often used by spammers.
Coupled with sending from university accounts (which are often hacked
due to students not being careful), this has meant a number of e-mails
being filtered.

JLab has removed the term from it's internal filters, but obviously
doesn't have the power to do it for university accounts. They have
recommended that you add our collaborators to your "Trusted Senders"
lists so that e-mails don't get drop.

Apologies for the inconvenience,
Ellie
