DAQ rate limits<br>can get a little complicated, but for modest event sizes (1--2 kB/event)<br>we should be able to reach 5 kHz without too much difficulty and<br>reasonably low deadtimes. In the longer term 10+ kHz is achievable with<br>a move to a fully-pipelined architecture.
