Hi, Karl and All,

Two more comments on systematics:
1) page 23, For the section on radiative corrections, to make it
clear, add to
the last sentence, "With unpolarized electron beam, the
polarized..."
2) For charge determination, it is confusing. Should not say 5%.
With the
calibration of Tungsten calorimeter, the BCM will have an absolute
uncertainty
at the level of 1-2%, and relative uncertainty (from one target
polarization period
to next period) should be better than 1%, depending on the linearity
of the
BCM response.

Here's a draft that incorporates the new material from
Dustin. There is still some significant work to do, but this
is approaching something we can share with the larger
collaboration. Please take a careful look and send me your
comments. Ideally you can send me anything major this
afternoon, so that I can incorporate immediately, while minor
stuff will be addressed afterwards.
