https://hallcweb.jlab.org/wiki/index.php/Elong-13-05-28#Including_Drift</a> on the wiki, I've included the 9.2% systematic uncertainty as an error band underneath the estimated statistical uncertainties for b1 and Azz. I've also done the same when the uncertainty
due to drift is included in the second plot. <br>

I do have a quick question about the 3.7E-3 estimate. If I use Pzz=0.2 and f=0.285 (as used for the systematics in the proposal), and the dQ=0.0001 and depsilon=0.0001, then I find dxi=0.0002 and dAzz^drift=7.02E-3, or about twice as much as was estimated in
the proposal. The plots shown use 3.7E-3, but I was just wondering where that came from.<br>
