[BDXlist] JLab "pipe test" for beam-produced muons

Dear all,
this is just to inform you that on the wiki I created a section related 
to the tests that we're going to perform at the Lab to measure the flux 
of muons produced by the primary beam.

I suggest that all the relevant information for these tests should be
