[BDXlist] various files updated

Hi all,

I have eliminated duplicates from the .bib file and committed the new 
file. Somehow multiple copies of the entries were added to the checked 
in version. The new file has about 1400 lines, the old one had 5000. (I 
have a local copy of the previous version if we need to access it).

There remain the following warning messages

The first set of warnings (Warning--I didn't find a database entry) 
indicate there are no entries for these. Either they got lost, or (most 
likely) were never added to begin with. Most of the citations are in the 
following files.
BDX-proposal_phenomenology.tex
BDX-proposal_BDXprototype.tex
BDX-proposal_measurement.tex
BDX-proposal_Drift.tex

Please check your section and either update the entries into the .bib 
file, or you can send me the references and I can add them.

The second set of warnings (Warning--empty journal) are relatively 
harmless. They mean that the reference using 'article' style does not 
have a journal entry. For the proposal, this is probably ok.
