[BDXlist] BDX propsal to PAc44 submitted!

Dear BDXers,
the BDX proposal has just been submitted!

Thanks to all of you that contributed to make it happens.
The last month was really tough but eventually we made it!
Now we need to think about the presentation to the PAC  and start again 
with the measurements, the simulations, the analysis ...
We all know that it is just the start but we believe that it's a good start!
