Hi Everyone,

Just an update: the motivation section has been updated nontrivially with
several additional plots. Including plots that evade the LSND bound (either
with mchi > 68 MeV, above the LSND pion decay threhsold, or by assuming
letpophilic couplings). I expect to add some more supporting material
explaining these plots in the text, but for now they just stand alone.
