[BDXlist] DRIFT-BDX NSF Proposal v1

BDXers,

	I believe I have succeeded in uploading a rough first draft my proposal to the NSF to the wiki page for today’s meeting.  It is due two weeks from tomorrow, i.e. October 26.  I would appreciate any feedback you can give me on it and I’m happy to take the feedback in any form that is convenient for you.  I know there are lots of typos, problems with references etc.  Please don’t worry about those.  FYI the page limit on NSF proposals is 15; to add more I would have to delete something.  And certain sections such as Prior Results and Broad Impacts sections are required.  Thanks!
