[BDXlist] Uploaded civil drawings

Hi all,

I have uploaded some selected drawings of the Hall D landscape onto the 
wiki at https://wiki.ge.infn.it/hps/images/4/4c/000_HallD_landscape.pdf. 
I admit some of my recollections of elevations were not quite accurate. 
Here are some bullets of reference:

* The beamline height is 28'11'' ~ 29 '
* The area (path) outside the beam dump is at about 35', down to about 
30' in the ditch
* The electron beam does indeed point to about the middle of the truck ramp
* The parking lot is at about 34'

We can go over this with Raffaella when she is at JLab next week and/or 
at our phone conference.
