Hi Andrea,
We ended the meeting before you returned but talked about a few items in 
your absence. Mike Wood joined us and has registered with FLUKA and 
started compiling the program. He will be in touch with you when he is 
ready.

Elton updated the group on a meeting with Facilities on Monday (Rusty 
Sprouse, Suresh Chandra, Joel Dolbeck, David Fazenbaker) with Elton and 
Tim Whitlatch. Rusty was asked by Bob to provide him with a schedule for 
meeting the timeline for BDX facility construction during the 6 month 
downtime in 2020 (July-Dec). We provided facilities with the chapter in 
the proposal with the civil concept as well as a spread sheet from Tim 
that contained the cost estimate. Facilities will develop such a schedule.

We also discussed the MRI. Mike, Dan and Phil have a phone conference 
this afternoon. I encouraged them to contact Bob (and Rolf) with 
information regarding their intentions. They will discuss how to best 
proceed this afternoon, perhaps organizing a phone conference with Bob, 
which could include Marco and Elton.
