[BDXlist] New BDXmini crystal signals integration parameters

Dear all,
as discussed yesterday at the meeting, the new parameters for crystal 
waveforms integrations are loaded in the DB.

NPED=120 (ns)
THR = 3 (mV)
TOT = 30 (ns)
NSB = 28 (ns)
INTEGRATION-WINDOW = 160 (ns)

To get latest values, do a git pull in $BDXRECO_ROOT folder. No 
recompilation is required
