[BDXlist] BDX: a new thread for BDX-MINI tetst and installation on the wiki

Dear all,
to facilitate info exchange and keep documented the BDX-MINI assembly, 
test and deployment at JLab (TED and pipe) I added a thread to BDX-MINI 
Section on the wiki

ps a good news: BDX-MINI boxes have been picked-up this morning by the 
DHL heading to JLab. We'll keep you informed about the status of the 
shipping
