[BDXlist] [EXTERNAL] NO BDX meeting tomorrow + BDX-MINI update

Dear colleagues,
since the most part of you are on vacation, tomorrow's meeting is canceled.
Here it is a brief update on BDX-MINI status:
- last weeks: installed a real AC unit in the tent and fixed issues with 
the DAQ (some discriminator outputs are not working and the FPGA has 
been replaced)
- starting from Sunday Aug 16 2:30PM BDX-MINI is running again!
- we did not lose much charge since Hall-A had a very difficult start
- we are currently taking data at 2 GeV and 150uA
- the DAQ (discr and fadc) has still some issues: few cal fadc channels 
are dead and some reduced the dynamic range (this needs to be included 
in simulations of this 2nd chunk of the run)
- the working channels (the majority) show a reasonable calibration 
despite the long shutdown
- I'll take care of checking and start/stop new runs
We'll resume our regular meeting next week on Thursday Aug 27 10:00AM.
Please prepare an update on the NIM paper status and the physics analysis.
