[BDXlist] [EXTERNAL] Beam Dump eXperiment LOI for Snowmass

Dear all,
as you probably know the Snowmass 2021 is accepting LOIs for future 
experiments and activities.
BDX could (and should!) be included. So far we are asked to present a 
2pg Letter of Intent (by August 31) and prepare a more comprehensive 
paper for the future (July 2021).
  Looking at the LOIs  already submitted, we can easily reshape one of 
our latest writeup and adapt it in a LOI form.  I'll circulate a first 
draft by tomorrow.

Patrick, Luca, let me know if you want DarkMESA to be part of it with a 
dedicated paragraph or you want to submit an independent LOI
Dan, let me know if you want BDX-DRIFT to be part of it with a dedicated 
paragraph or you want to submit an independent LOI
In case you want be part of it, please send me your contribution (max 1 
page, including graphs and ref.).
