[BDXlist] Draft BDX JLab wiki page

Hi all,

Based on our discussion yesterday, I started to outline our work plan. I 
remembered that we had setup an internal BDX wiki page at JLab, which 
was a skeleton, but it may be a good place to start documenting our 
mini-experiment. The internal BDX wiki page is at 
https://wiki.jlab.org/bdxwiki-private/index.php/Main_Page. Access is by 
using your JLab CUE account as for other JLab sites, but it has limited 
access. I don't remember who was on the list, but some of you should 
already be on the list. Please check to see if you can access the site. 
If not, let me know and I can get your account added to the list.

I have added some blank links that can be filled out as the calibrations 
and the analysis proceed.
