[BDXlist] [EXTERNAL] Probing the dark sector with nuclear transition photons

Dear colleagues,
today an interesting manuscript appeared on the arXiv (arXiv:2302.10250 <https://arxiv.org/abs/2302.10250>). In this work, "Probing the dark sector with nuclear transition photons”, the authors consider the case of LDM produced in a dump a scattering on the nuclei of a detector, exploiting the inelastic reactions to detect LDM.

Specifically, the consider the case in which the target nuclei N is exited to a N’ state, and then decays to the ground state N emitting photons, with total energy in the range MeV - tens of MeV. 

This may be of interest for BDX-mini. I report to all of you in case we want to consider re-analyzing our data for this reaction channel.
