[BDXlist] [EXTERNAL] Re: BDX (bi-)weekly meeting time

Dear all,
sorry for the confusion but the Tuesday 11:00AM ET slot does not work 
for some  of us.
We find a partial agreement for Thursday 9:30PM EDT.
Let's meet this Thursday at that time and we will discuss together if we 
can move it at 10:00AM (every other weak).
This slot was not originally present in the doodle because it overlaps 
with CLAS12 hi-lumi meeting that is called every other week therefore we 
some gym we should be able to accommodate both of them.
In summary, we will meet on *Thursday Oct 5 9:30AM EDT (15:30 CET)*
(Tuesday Oct 3 meeting is canceled)
