here are some minutes for people unable to attend Friday's meeting.<br>

<li>We agreed to write the BDX LOI for the Moore foundation</li>
<li>We briefly discussed some of the ideas that should be included
in the LoI and agreed to fill a shared doc with bullet point
that will complement a general introduction about LDM, BDX, ...
adapted fromthe LDAM19 request and/or the NSF executive summary</li>

<li>At next BDX Friday we'll order the list with priorities</li>
