Dear BIW Professional,

To all those planning to attend BIW12 in Newport News, April 15-19:   please be sure to make your hotel reservation at the Marriott City Center before March 17. Reservations for attendees must be received on or before 5:00PM on Saturday, March 17, 2012 in order to receive the special conference rate of $77.00.  Even if rooms are available, the hotel is not obligated to extend this rate after March 17.
