[Boardgames] Conference affecting gaming

There is some sort of conference going on in CEBAF which may affect our
ability to get a table. Plus, if you want to buy food, you probably want to
get to the cafeteria early to beat the rush.

This is assuming Theo isn't bailing on us again.  :)  (or that someone else
brought a game)
