Dear Bonusites,

Since many of you can't attend our weekly meetings, I wanted to bring you up to date what our near-term plans are. We have a new draft of the Analysis Note that Keith edited. You can find both the .pdf file and some of the LaTeX and .eps files that go into it at

If you have a few extra "cycles", I urge you to download the draft and start reading - I'm sure Keith will welcome your comments, suggestions and edits.

Hopefully, next week we will review all remaining tasks to complete the Analysis Note. If, at that time, we feel we are reasonably close, we will go ahead and request that a Committee from the Deep Processes Physics Working Group (a CLAS collaboration subdivision) be formed to review our analysis. This process can usually take several weeks, but I think it would be helpful to have it started by the time PAC36 reviews BoNuS12. This is the first step to get to a CLAS-approved publication. It would be helpful if those of us who work on finishing analysis pieces (mostly systematic error -related) could give us status reports (hopefully along the lines "(nearly) finished" ;-) at the next meeting. I assume that meeting will be at the regular time (shortly after noon next Wednesday) - if at all possible, plan to attend in person or by phone.
