[Bonuslist] new version of Analysis Note

Dear Bonus Group,

Please find at

a new version of the Bonus analysis note.

This incorporates:

1) Sebastian's reworking of Chapter 5, including two improved figures.
2) Wally's comments, except as noted below.
3) Spelling and consistency checks  (e.g. Fig. 1, Eqs. 2-3, F_2^n, (F_2^n)^{\rm eff}, etc.)

I did not resove the use of d in Chapter 5 with the use of D in Chapter 1 for the deuteron, but
I am inclined to change all capitals to small letters (e.g. M_d, W_d^{\mu\nu}, etc.) because I can't
bring myself to write $F_2^D$.  Please weigh in.

I did not fix the reference to the PLC in our result figure pending Nate's response.

There is still work to be done.  
Please use the current version if you are doing any editing.  If you have already done editing that I don't
know about, please let me know so we can all work from the latest version.
