Dear Bonusites,

even if you missed today's meeting, I still wanted to give you an update on the status of our publication efforts.

1) The analysis note - see http://www.jlab.org/Hall-B/secure/bonus/griff/BonusAnalysis/ - is still unchanged since we received the first feedback from the PWG review committee - posted at http://clasweb.jlab.org/rungroups/bonus/wiki/index.php/Review_Committee_1st_report for your perusal. Keith is the editor in chief and will make some of the required changes himself, while parceling out all remaining tasks to the people best suited to do them. We should aim at having a new, improved version before the end of October.

2) The long paper - see http://www.jlab.org/~baillie/baillie/nate/bonus_paper/ - hasn't been updated in a while and will undergo major change since we decided to include the nuclear effects studies from Slava's work. For now, Eric and Keith are co-editors, but anyone who can work on it would be welcome.

3) The present version of the PRL was spearheaded by Wally. I've copied his files and updated them (some changes to the theory section, but mostly additions of experimental details). You can find this version at

As our next step, Nate will update the figures and add any edits he finds necessary. After that, Wally gets a final crack at it, and then we'll declare it (way more than) good enough for the PWG committee review.

We can still get this PWG review done by the end of the year, but we need to keep working at it.
