[Bonuslist] Next round in AHC review for long BoNuS paper

Dear Bonusites,

after some sorting out of various issues having to do with fits to F2n and F2d, we believe we're ready to respond to the latest comments of the AHC for the long paper. I have posted all relevant files at the usual location:

Please look both at the pdf and the reply to the comments (MS Word). Unless somebody sees a glaring problem, I will send this on to the AHC by tomorrow evening.
(One note: I was - and still am - hoping to get updated figures from Narbe - in particular, lower Q^2 plots for F2n/F2d for 4 GeV and, if there has been any change, final F2n plots. If these come in before tomorrow evening, I will include them; otherwise, we'll have to wait for the next round).
