[Bonuslist] BONuS "Workfest"

Dear BONuSites,

as we discussed yesterday, we are planning to have a "mini-workshop" in July to review the status of all outstanding analyses based on BONuS6 data as well as begin the planning for BONuS12 in earnest. (BTW, our next REGULAR BONuS meeting in 2 weeks, on July 9, will focus on possible alternatives to the RTPC-with-GEMs default). I hope that (ideally) the WHOLE BONuS collaboration will be able to attend in person at Jefferson Lab, but we will also set up Bluejeans for remote participation (instructions to follow). I hope to have at least 4 talks on ongoing analyses as well as several talks on possible detector layouts and other items related to BONuS12 - I will be in contact with some of you individually about this. If you are interested to get involved with the preparations (detector R&D, DAQ,  simulations, etc.), please let me know.

The best week for the workshop seems to be the week of July 21 (the following weeks is PAC42). I have set up a doodle poll to pick the best possible date - please go to

to choose your preferences. (Note: you have to click on the "BONuS" field on top of each day to see your choices. Please pick one for each day - YES, (YES) or NO. Choose "(YES)" if you are technically able to attend on that day, but prefer another date. We may not need a full day, but it seems easier to just vote for the day instead for (overlapping) time periods. Tuesday has been blanked out because it will likely be the day of the "JAMboree" happening that same week (the JAM collaboration meeting).
