[Bonuslist] BONuS Meetings in 2012

Dear BONuSites,

thank you to those of you who filled out the Doodle poll. Unfortunately, once more there was no time convenient for all. However, the best compromise seems to be to keep our meetings on Thursday, but move them somewhat earlier.

I have reserved the same room (F326-327 CC) for all of 2016, starting at 10:00 a.m. every other Thursday. Our first BONuS meeting in the new year will be on Thursday, January 7. To accommodate people who cannot make it quite that early, I propose to re-instate our “c.t.” policy, which means that the meeting begins at 10:00 but “official business” commences only at 10:15 a.m. I know some of you will have to leave at 11:00, but we have the room for another 1/2 hour until 11:30 if we need the extra time.

Looking forward to a very productive (in the true sense - we have to build the new RTPC!) 2016! - Sebastian
