[Bonuslist] Next BONuS meeting

Dear BONuSites,

we had a productive but somewhat smallish meeting today - many of you sent your regrets. I understand that it’s the end of semester etc., so no problem. However, this may be a good time to take a good, hard look at your calendar and let me know if the regular Meeting Time we have set up - every other Thursday at 10:00 a.m. - is still good for you (as in minimal chance of conflicts). If several of you can’t commit to that time, I will consider starting another Doodle poll (arggghhh). However, if we stick with the data, I am asking you humbly to put a recurring reminder in your calendar and then refrain (as much as possible) from scheduling other things on top of it. We have less than 2 years before we might be called upon to run BONuS - so we really need to start making serious progress, and informing each other on the status of each of the 6 working groups is one (necessary) ingredient in this. We might even have to increase the frequency to weekly meetings!

Finally, I would also like to float the possibility of another BONuSFest - i.e., a full day meeting in which we look in more detail into all the issues surrounding our getting ready for BONuS12. Please let me know if you are in principle in favor of such a meeting, and whether you could attend one either in late June (maybe in conjunction with the JLab Users Group 6/20-22) or late July (maybe in conjunction with the PAC meeting (7/25-29).
