Dear BONuSites,

happy New Year to all of you. This will be our “make or break” year - we need to get ready for the ERR and scheduling, order GEMs, and finalize the design of all aspects of the RTPC. So, to start out on the right foot, please come all to attend our next regular BONuS meeting, as usual Thursday, January 5, 10:00 a.m. in F326-7. 

I have streamlined the Wiki, so you might want to take a look ahead of time to see what’s where. Then, please add your updates/reports/items to the agenda at the right place. As always, dial-in information is also available on the Wiki.
