   Please find below the presentation I intend to give this Thursday at 
the MPGD conference.

   Figures for the empty slide will be added before Thursday.

   Please, let me know if you have any comment or suggestion.

   Note 1: It is NOT the talk for the ERR!
   Note 2: It is a hardware conference and most of the presenter do not 
spend a lot of time on the measurement goals
   Note 3: JLab, Hall B, BMT and MVT have already been introduced
