Dear Bonusites,
I apologize for not being in person at the Meeting today, I was connected by BlueJeans but not 100% because I needed to attend reparations at home.
Nevertheless, I found, with the few minutes I could attend, that the mail attached below was forgotten and that the sources to the manual were available since April.
As I promised last week Monday (indeed, I was no able to participate this week Monday), I will (and I am) updating the instructions according the notes I have from Bob Miller. Even I will finish my compromise with W&M tomorrow and I will have two weeks of forced vacations until my incorporation to MSU (September 16th), I will work on the instructions manual ASAP.
It doesn't mean I abandon BONuS and I hope I am accepted to participate in the meetings in the future.
Cheers
-Carlos

Subject: Gas panel - Instructions note and more
Dear Bonusites,
please find in the Drive Folder the gas note I wrote (in conjunction with G. Jacobs, Narbe and Nathan). It is far (from my point of view) to be final, but it is a solid start.
https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1q_ijx9wyzqnO_Bnec2UKmEiVz0ndkD3H?usp=sharing
You could find the .tex file in case you are interested on it and two folders, one with the data sheets of the components used in the panel and the pictures I use in the note.
Please, note that if you want to compile the tex file, you need to change the path of the pictures (or just put the pictures in the same folder of the tex file).
If you find something that something should be mentioned (instructions, locations, etc), let me know. Probably, in the future a better description of the WHOLE system will be added (which it is not assembled yet, but the scheme is final).
I talked with Bill Crahen and we agree that I could bring the panel next week (I will be a bit busy between tomorrow and Tuesday). I need to figure out how to bring the panel to JLab (I will need a pick-up at least. It is not heavy, but bulky).
Actually, due to a misunderstanding, I didn't bring the panel before. I thought that I need two step permission from the DA, one to bring it to the lab ("you can't bring anything to the lab without permission") and one to REALLY used in the lab. I found that the first was my faulty understanding of how things work in the lab. Anyhow, next week, will be here.
Cheers
-Carlos
