Dear BONuSites,

we won’t have a meeting tomorrow because of the ongoing CLAS collaboration meeting. However, I wanted to ask everyone who is planning to give (or thinking about giving) a talk at the upcoming DNP Fall Meeting in Crystal City, VA:

Note that the abstract deadline is only 12 days away (July 1)! It would be useful for all of us to coordinate who is going to talk about which BONuS-related topic.
So far I know that David Payette is planning to talk about tracking with the RTPC. 

Also, please keep in mind CLAS collaboration Bylaw D.1.5:
	• Non-refereed contributed talks
		• CLAS Collaboration members who wish to submit abstracts for contributed talks to meetings of scientific organizations and societies (such as, for example, the American Physical Society) should submit a request to the appropriate PWG, providing the intended talk title, abstract, and conclusions.
		• The PWG will approve or negotiate changes in the abstract with the member, and decide if the member's request is to be granted.

This means you should prepare a draft of your abstract and send it to the relevant PWG chair (Marco Contalbrigo mcontalb at fe.infn.it = chair of the Deep Processes Physics Working group) BY THE BEGINNING OF NEXT WEEK! (Of course you should ALSO send it to all of us…)
