Dear all,

just a heads-up: Our next regular BONuS meeting, on Thursday November 21, will be dedicated to a discussion with the Saclay group on the installation plans for BONuS12 in January/February 2020. I will send out a regular announcement when we get closer to the meeting date, but for now I am asking you to keep the time slot 9:45-11:15 free (as much as possible) for that date. Also, please forward this to anyone I may have inadvertently left out from this email.

Dear Saclay colleagues,

I would like to ask you again if/when you would like to have a (online or in-person) meeting to discuss the upcoming switchover from RGB operations with CVT to BONuS12/RGF operation with the new RTPC. Some of you have expressed a desire to discuss the details ahead of time so we can all be ready - which I think is a good idea; however, time is getting short. (I hope you are all ready to travel over the end-of-January/beginning-of-February time period ;-).

One possibility would be the upcoming CLAS collaboration meeting (week after this coming one), especially if any of you will be here at JLab anyway. Otherwise, we can try to set something up for the week after that - e.g., the regular BONuS meeting Thursday November 21 at 9:45 (starting time is flexible) or maybe another convenient day/time. As you probably know, the following (final) November week will be pretty much a wash (Thanksgiving). Also, it would probably be good to meet BEFORE Hall B goes into beam permit in case we decide that we need to pre-stage something (or simply check something out).
