Day shift expert noticed BONuS alarms were still disabled and reactivated them.

MCC calls to send beam to tagger dump. Day shift expert follows procedures and prepares for this. Solenoid and tagger ramped to nominal settings for BONuS12 calibration https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3818898
