Take data on Hydrogen through remainder of Swing and in to Owl

Today:
Onset of Tropical Storm
01:17 Beam starts tripping 

02:00 Tornado warning until around 02:05. Shift workers go to shelter during this.

02:30 Call from MCC to inform that machine will be back only after 10 am when the storm is over. Magnets are ON and the gas flow to the detectors is also ON, but all HV are OFF.

05:10 RTPC flow is reduced to 230sccm even if there is no increase in RTPC pressure (RTPC - ambient remained almost constant)

07:20 Call from Eugene to inform that he is de-energizing magnets https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3820407

Told Accelerator will be back only after 10 am when the storm Isaias goes away from Newport News https://cebaf.jlab.org/dtm/open-events?event_id=6711
At 08:00 MCC meeting we were given an estimated time range for beam possibly returning somewhere between 22:00 tonight and 08:00 tomorrow morning. After talking with the PDL and Hall B Leader, it seemed prudent to not have day shift expert come in today and for swing expert to check in at 20:00 tonight.
