[Bonuslist] Daily RC Report August 15th, 2020

Hi All,

this is the status and report of the BONuS experiment (Run Group F), Saturday, August 14th, 2020

Not a bad day, some issues with the beam but not so bad.


  *   Owl:
     *   finished the H2 run at 250nA
     *   changed to empty target @300nA and then increased to 350nA
  *   Day:
     *   due to some noisy channels at the RTPC and unable to find when that happened (they were not present at the start of the run, but at the end), we extended the empty run one hour more.
     *   changed target gas to Helium @200nA ~10:00
     *   Jiwan P. noticed that the beam current were dropping slowly, we catch it when the value was 120nA https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3828281 and https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3828020. We called MCC and no apparently reason was found. Back to 200nA
     *   changed target gas to Deuterium @ 200nA ~14:00
  *   Swing:
     *   some minor DAQ issues
     *   adcftof3 ROC was 100% busy (blinking red). I understand that it is not the first time.
     *   Deuterium pressure was reported to be ~65psi, as soon I came to the counting house I set it to 68psi coordinating with Jiwan P.
     *   the rest of the shift was quite normal

We are running 200nA at 10.4GeV on Deuterium.
