[Bonuslist] Next (and - for a while - last) BONuS meeting

Dear all,

our next regular BONuS meeting is scheduled this Thursday, January 30, at 9:45 a.m. Unfortunately, our regular room has been taken from us - we will meet in B101 CC instead.
This meeting will mark a momentous occasion: at 7 a.m. this morning, Run Group B ends and preparation for RG-F installation begins. Obviously, there will be many things to talk about - please come punctually at 9:45!

During the run (starting in 2 weeks!!!), we probably won’t have (m)any regular BONuS meetings - instead, we will have to meet near-daily for Run Coordination. I am trying to find the best possible time for those meetings, which isn’t easy as there are many constraints. The best options I could come up with are:

        *   Note: we have to avoid conflict with the Mo 9:00 - 10:30 Hall B staff meeting and the We 1:30 - 2:30 Accelerator Meeting as well as the daily 7:45 - 9 MCC meetings
        *   TuWeThFrSaSu: 9:00, Mo at 10:30 or 13:30 (use existing time slot for "Engineering meeting")
        *   TuWeFrSaSu: 10:00, MoTh at 11:00
        *   Every day at 11:00
        *   MoWeFriSaSu at 14:30, TuTh at 9:00 or 11:00
