Dear all,

you probably all saw the new CEBAF schedule published yesterday - we are back on from Monday, 7/27 through Monday, 9/7 (7 a.m.), for 6 more weeks of BONuS12 running. This means we have to cover SEVEN weeks of Run Coordinator and RTPC expert duties. Now is the time to make up for your lost opportunity at RCing in March-May! The RC and RTPC duties could in principle be taken care of by a single person coming on site, with off-site backup.

Please let me know what your preferred time slots are. Every RC shift starts Wednesday, 1 p.m. until the NEXT Wednesday, 3 p.m., and as always requires daily 7:45 and 8:00 meetings with OPS, Monday 9:00 Hall B meeting, daily RC meetings for our group at 10:00 a.m., and the Wednesday 1:30 p.m. OPS meetings. Here is the schedule:

Shift RC RTPC expert
July 22 - July 29 : Mohammad Hattawy
July 29 - August 05 : (Mohammad Hattawy)
August 05 - August 12:
August 12 - August 19:
August 19 - August 26:
August 26 - Sep 02 :
Sep 02 - Sep 09 :

We need to fill this schedule quickly, since we will need to request access permission for the RCs / RTPC experts. While the RCs don’t have to be on site all the time, they must be able to come in quickly, and also should interact with each shift if possible (for training). See the relevant instructions by Stepan below, as well.

Looking forward to your enthusiastic response. Please give more than 1 time slot if possible, so that we can accommodate all preferences.

- Sebastian

> Here are a few things to consider during the Medcon-5 operations:
> - everyone should follow guidelines outlined at https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=https-3A__jlab.servicenowservices.com_cv19-3Fid-3Dcv19-5Findex&d=DwIGaQ&c=CJqEzB1piLOyyvZjb8YUQw&r=CJm6DhRcoX04MjTsHQ1rOaz5dKcjlcAdQlzenFZzaP4&m=DVDr5F2Lnq4wBzO-YFZe7JjT436h43_fhyKO1pqNLMw&s=u01Qv4Zg3I7i7YCiX2PZEBs7z335VOxze8NrTUF8sfg&e= and https://www.jlab.org/sites/default/files/TJNAF%20Resumption%20of%20On-Site%20Operations%20Plan%20Rev%201%5B2%5D.pdf
> - everyone should have all their required training up-to-date, including SAF-003
> - NOTE: you are allowed to come to the lab only for shifts, the approval to access JLAB site for shifts is not a free pass to access to the lab for other work
> - the workplaces in the lab have a maximum capacity for occupancy based on the JLAB requirement of 170 sq.ft. per person. The Hall-B counting-room can accommodate only 3 people
> - the face masks and the 6 ft distancing are mandatory in the counting room. Moreover, shifters must clean commonly used surfaces, e.g. keyboard or mouse, before and after their shift using wipes available in the counting room
