This is the preliminary agenda of our meeting:

   1. Updates on RG-F cooking (Bradely)
   2. Updates on calibrating the FD: (Mohammad)
      1. DC and RICH calibration are done for the Spring-RTPC3 run range
      (12210-12282).
      2. Ongoing gain calibration for Spring-RTTPC3 range. (Sebastian)
      3. Timelines for RTPC3 data (12210-12951) after DC and RICH
      calibration for Spring portion

      1. Corrected beam energy (Eric)

   4. RTPC calibration and reconstruction (Sebastian, Eric, Madhu)
   5. Kalman filter Implementation (Mathieu)
   6. GEMC simulation (Krishna)
