   1. Updates on the Kalman-filter (Mathieu)
   2. GEMs and padboard seam implementation in GEMC (Mohammad)
   3. Updates of dEdx dependance on vz, p and phi (Madhu)
   4. Directions to fix the gains (Sebastian et all)
