[Bonuslist] [EXTERNAL] New Wikipage for BONuS12

Dear all,
    I would like to propose a new wikipage for BONuS12/RG-F. Please check
the link https://clasweb.jlab.org/wiki/index.php/Run_Group_F. Your comments
and suggestions are more than welcome. If no one objects this effort, this
will be our homepage where we can document everything. I will be moving old
info to this new page, but I need some volunteers. But so far, we can build
up on the existing structure.

You should see a page as the attached screenshot, if you dont get browser
issues.
