[Bonuslist] [EXTERNAL] BONuS12 timing regions for calibration

Dear all,
    Please find attached the bonus12 timing calibration regions that I have
defined based on beam energy, torus field, Solenoid field, and general
overview of the stability of the four parameters that represent the quality
of the timing calibration. I ended up having 9 regions in total. For each
region and for each parameter, I will be applying a constant fit after
getting your comments asap.
